RETURN POLICY

We offer 14-day returns for both Domestic and International orders, subject to the guidelines below.

Domestic Returns

Eligible U.S.A. orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Store Credit Refund: Issued after inspection and approval

  • Return Label Fee: A $9.95 return label fee will be deducted from your store credit

International Returns

Eligible International orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Store Credit Refund: Issued after inspection and approval

  • Return Label Fees: Fees vary depending on the customer’s region and will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the product delivery date. Returns requested after this period are not eligible.

  • Items must be in pristine, unworn, and unused condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and included materials must be returned with the item.

  • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, missing components, or do not meet CELISE’s return requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer.
